Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Male or female, 28-40 years old, with pleasing personality
• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in business
• With at least 2 years of experience as sales manager in real estate, securities, insurance, automotive, pharmaceutical and direct sales
• Excellent leadership skills and can motivate a team to its fullest potential
• Strong interpersonal communication and management skills
• Responsible for recruiting, training and managing a sales network and achieving its sales target
• Willing to work long hours and during weekends
• Resides in Metro Manila, preferably within Quezon City

Job Description:

• Generate sales through planning and creating marketing and sales plans according to the required budget
• Recruit and train sales consultants and helping them achieve their sales objectives through proper supervision, monitoring and motivation
• Present performance reviews of selected accounts and strategies and action plan on a weekly basis to the Sales Head

Project Sales Consultant

Qualifications:

• Male or female, 21 to 40 years old, with pleasing personality
• Graduate of any four-year business course
• Preferably with sales experience in real estate, securities, insurance, automotive, pharmaceutical and direct sales
• Must be a self-starter, highly-motivated, assertive, dynamic and highly-personable individual
• Above-average oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work long hours and during weekends
• Resides in Metro Manila, preferably within Quezon City

Job Description:

• Assist clients in realizing their housing and investment needs and provides them with efficient after-sales service
• Achieve monthly sales targets by implementing viable sales and marketing programs
