Timberland Heights (a mountain resort township project of Filinvest Land, Inc. located in San Mateo, Rizal ) partnered  with the University of the Philippines Los Baños– Institute of Agroforestry on July 17, 2006, with the primary aim to  strengthen the efforts of an environment-friendly development of Timberland Heights project. Present at the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement were (from left to right) Mr. Alberto G. Morales – Project Group Head, Mr. Andrew T. Gotianun, Jr. –FLI, Vice Chairman, Dr. Cecilio Arboleda,Phd.– UPLBFI, Executive Director and Dr. Wilfredo Carandang, Phd.- UPLBIAF, Director.
