Timberland Heights started in 2003 with the development of the residential farm lots subdivision, Mandala Residential Farm Estates. Today, Timberland Heights has grown its residential portfolio to various subdivisions such as The Glades, Banyan Crest and The Ranch. Timberland is now on its way to becoming a full-fledged master planned community thru the efforts of Filinvest Land, Inc and its master-planners RTKL and Joel Luna Planning & Design.
